1、 述:

1.Overview

反渗透又称逆渗透,一种以压力差为推动力,从溶液中分离出溶剂的膜分离操作因它和自然渗透的方向相反,故称反渗透。根据各种物料的不同渗透压,就可以使用大于渗透压的反渗透压力达到分离、提取、纯化和浓缩的目的,即对膜一侧的料液施加压力,当压力超过它的渗透压时,溶剂会逆着自然渗透的方向作反向渗透。从而在膜的低压侧得到透过的溶剂,即渗透液;高压侧得到浓缩的溶液,即浓缩液。反渗透与其它分离过程相比,有如下优点:

The separation of large and small molecules solute mainly depends on the porosity of the membrane, that is, the adsorption, exclusion, blocking and sieve of the membrane on the large and small molecular solutes.     1)、过程在常温低压下进行,能耗低,不需加热,也无热效应及相态变化,不需加入任何其它物质即可达到分离、浓缩、纯化及分级等目的。故特别适用于:

     ● 热敏性物质的分离浓缩。

     ● 需保持原产品气味、味道、形态、颜色和营养物质物化性质的食品及生化制品的分离浓缩。

     ● 极稀溶质的浓缩回收。

     ● 恒体积恒浓度下的脱盐纯化。

    2)、反渗透装置结构简单、占地面积小、所需附属设备少、安装方便、费用低、易插入已有生产工艺系统、扩大容量和增加组件容易

    3)、反渗透装填密度高,投资成本小操作简单,启动时间短,易维护修理,容易自动控制系统能耗低,生产周期短,操作维护方便,运行成本低

    4)、完全根据用户需求,确定最佳系统回收率和系统脱盐率,从而获得高浓缩倍数或高纯度的物料

    5)、核心膜元件采用世界著名品牌,品质有保障设备外观采用卫生级不锈钢,全封闭管道式运行,现场安全卫生,满足GMP(或FDA)规范要求

    2)、医药生化(抗生素、菌丝体、氨基酸、细胞溶胞产物、疫苗、激素、有机酸、维生素等浓缩,中药植物提取液的浓缩、分离、提纯;

    3)、饮用水食品医药工艺用水、市政用水、化工生产用水发电厂用水、电子、半导体工业超纯水、集成电路清洗用水的制备;

4)、海水淡化、苦咸水脱盐、分离、提纯等处理,低浓度废水的浓缩处理,中水回用处理等。

3、反渗透膜:

4、反渗透系统:

反渗透系统可由单个多个反渗透组件串联和并联,可组装成各种不同用途的大型装置根据不同的使用目的,反渗透系统一般可分为浓缩型和分离型。根据生产规模和产品质量要求,又可以分为连续式、间歇循环式两种,并可进行不同级和段的配置。一个完整的反渗透装置,一般包括原液的预处理,反渗透组件泵阀、管路及电气控制等三部分组成。
